Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Factory in Brazil

This post shares large-scale packaging and testing facilities in Brazil. On this regard, the HT Micron company highlights itself in the scenery. The company is located in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, close to CEITEC S.A., and is a joint venture between South Korea's Hana Micron and Brazil's Parit Group.

Built following global standards, the plant has approximately 10,000 square meters, from which 7,500 m² are devoted to production composed of class 5000 and class 100,000 clean rooms.
